We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Currently, we do not provide return shipping labels.

We can only cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we cannot proceed with the cancellation request.

To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you must return the product in its original packaging. Items returned without their original packaging will receive a partial refund of 70% of the product's cost. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Restocking fee: No restocking fee.

Refunds will only cover the cost of the returned items; shipping expenses or additional charges such as expedited processing and insurance costs are non-refundable after a return.

If your item is damaged or incorrect within the first 30 days of delivery, please provide evidence here, and we'll expedite a replacement at no additional cost.

Customer remorse: If you've purchased the wrong product or wish to exchange it, you're responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your cancellation request or return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Most banks take 2-4 business days to process refunds and reflect them on your statement. If the timeframe has passed and the refund is still not reflected, please contact us for an Authorization Number to provide to your bank.

You're responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
